All sponsorship commitments are due by February 16, 2026. All amounts paid are nonrefundable and due with registration. Funds not received by March 1 may result in forfeiture of sponsorship and all funds received until that point remain property of the New Mexico Funeral Service Association (NMFSA).
SPONSORSHIP AGREEMENT
Upon receipt of the registration form by the NMFSA and acceptance by the NMFSA, this registration shall become a binding contract between the Sponsor and the NMFSA. The Terms and Conditions set forth are hereby incorporated by reference. By registering below, all conditions stated within this contract are agreed upon.
